I felt so many emotions in response to the tragedy of Meron and the attacks in Israel. I was hurt, upset, angry, confused, lost, and had no idea what to do with myself. One thing seemed to help the most: Tehillim
In a Tehillim shiur with Rav Alex Israel, I found that there is actually a Perek for almost any situation you encounter. We found that Perek 90 related most to how we respond to tragedies and sudden losses of life. The Har Meron tragedy and terror attacks made me realize how fragile life is and that we must make the most of the limited time we have, and that is exactly what the Perek discusses.
